Equip Young Men
Project Next equips young men through Christian mentoring, practical preparation, family responsibility, community service, and a clear pathway from contact to calling.
Project Next creates structured relationships in which a mature man can guide, encourage, challenge, and pray with younger men. A practical model may pair one mentor with two or three young men, depending on local capacity and safeguarding requirements.
It is carried out with wisdom and appropriate safeguarding, in collaboration with men’s ministry, youth ministry, chaplaincy, family life ministry, education, and local church leadership.
