About our church

A Christ-centered, Bible-believing, Spirit-filled congregation committed to worship, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, care, and service.

Our mission

To communicate the full gospel of Jesus Christ in the Spirit and power of Pentecost, making disciples who are rooted in Scripture, built up in faith, and sent forth to serve God, the church, and the community.

This local mission reflects the official Church of God mission. We pursue it by:

  • Exalting Jesus Christ through worship and faithful biblical teaching.
  • Welcoming people into a loving and spiritually healthy church family.
  • Helping new believers become established in faith and Christian practice.
  • Developing mature disciples who live out the gospel in daily life.
  • Equipping children, youth, women, men, and families for ministry.
  • Caring for people who are hurting, isolated, vulnerable, or in need.
  • Reaching our community with the love, truth, and compassion of Christ.
  • Sending believers into homes, workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, and wider mission fields as witnesses and servants.

Our vision

We envision a church that is:

Rooted in the Word of God

Every believer is encouraged to read, understand, practice, and share Scripture. Biblical truth provides the foundation for faith, character, family life, leadership, and ministry.

Built up through worship and discipleship

People grow through Spirit-filled worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship, mentoring, and practical opportunities to serve.

Sent forth with purpose

Members are equipped and released to represent Christ in the community and to take part in the Great Commission.

Christ-centered, people-oriented, and need-sensitive

We honor Christ while responding compassionately and responsibly to the real needs of individuals, families, and the community.

Intergenerational and welcoming

Children, young people, adults, and older members each have a place to belong, grow, contribute, and lead.

Committed to the next generation

We create pathways that help young converts, youth, and young men remain connected to Christ and the church.

Rooted, Built Up and Sent Forth

Ephesians 4:11–16

Our ministry is shaped by this theme. We believe that believers are called to be rooted in Christ and His Word, built up through discipleship and fellowship, and sent forth to serve, witness, and strengthen others.

The five projects operate as one ministry framework: Project 714 is the prayer foundation, Project Rooted provides biblical formation, Project SOW directs resources toward mission, Project Connect creates belonging and follow-through, and Project Next invests in young men and future leaders.

Our ministry objectives

Eight commitments guide how we plan, serve, and measure our progress.

Establish clear pathways from first contact with the church to conversion, discipleship, service, and leadership, so every believer knows the next step in their spiritual journey.

Make prayer a visible and practical priority through personal, family, and corporate prayer, intercession, and prayer that leads to compassionate action.

Create a church where people are known by name, received with dignity, connected to others, and supported through seasons of joy, grief, transition, and difficulty.

Recognize and develop the spiritual gifts, practical skills, leadership capacity, and calling of children, youth, women, men, families, and older adults.

Offer mentoring, fellowship, teaching, service, and leadership opportunities for young converts, youth, and young men. The goal is lasting belonging, spiritual growth, and active participation, not just attendance.

Respond to community needs through outreach, pastoral care, educational support, family ministry, chaplaincy, and partnerships that demonstrate the love of Christ.

Use time, gifts, finances, facilities, and relationships wisely and transparently so resources support ministry, mission, discipleship, and community impact.

Review ministry activity regularly and ask honest questions: Where are we now? Where do we go from here? How will we get there? What are we doing wrong? What are we doing right?
